Ideas for White
Exploit the dark squares left weak by ...f5 — plant a knight on e5, strike with g4 or Bh6, or punish Black's loose king with a central break.
Ideas for Black
Complete development, aim the queen at h5 via Qe8, roll the f-pawn to f4 and open the g-file, or switch to a Stonewall grind if White plays passively.
